Our products are currently only shipped within Australia. Flat rate shipping rates of $9.95 apply. Free delivery on orders over $90

RETURNS POLICY

Base Kids was developed with your child in mind, and we strive to do our very best to satisfy our customers provided the concerns are reasonable and within our control.

1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any of our food supplements if you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that the product you select is the right one for you and based on the advice received from your healthcare provider.

The following are ineligible for refunds/returns:
• If claims for defective products are made outside of the 24 hours after receipt of goods.
• The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not enjoy or does not want the products anymore.
• The customer changes their mind, has made an error in their order or an error with their delivery address and contact information.
• The delivery of a customer’s order has taken longer than expected to arrive and the customer has decided that they do not wish to receive the order anymore.
• If there is a sudden change of price.

2. OTHER RETURNS

 
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Base Kids will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or 
• The product is faulty (does not match the description)

Should you receive a product which is damaged, expired or does not match the description of what you ordered we will consider a refund. We ask that you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier to quickly identify any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

If you have concern about a product that is expired or damaged, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns (please include receipt or invoice details).

Base Kids reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

3. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at info@basekids.com.au. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at info@basekids.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our team for assessment, exchange, or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping.
